1.1. Information about the user’s phone number for the purpose of identifying a party within contractual relationships and improving the effectiveness of anti-fraud mechanisms.
1.2. Within the framework of this Policy, “personal data” means:

Voice data as part of recordings of spoken phrases (utterances) obtained via the microphone of the device used when activating and interacting with the “Voice Assistant” service of the Application, in the same or modified (text) form, with the performance of the following actions: extraction, collection, recording, accumulation, systematization, storage, use, blocking, deletion, destruction of such information, as well as automatic recognition of the content of utterances and processing by the Application of the information obtained as a result of such recognition.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Uphabit application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) may obtain about the user during their use of the mobile application. The Policy applies to the application hosted on the website

Use of the Application constitutes the user’s unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing their personal data specified herein. In case of disagreement with these terms, the user must refrain from using the Application.
2.1. The Application collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of services (performance of agreements concluded with the user, hereinafter referred to as “agreements”).

3.2. In cases where data transmission through access channels is carried out at the request or in accordance with the instructions of the client, the Application is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties to such data during transmission.
4.1. The user may independently disable automatic location detection in the Application in the “Settings/Location” section.
The Application takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
